The only rule I would like to introduce if you use the hashtag, which I repeat is free, is that your post is set to 100% Power Up of rewards

This is good, although most people won't like it, I think in the long-term it will guarantee people being able to use Steem without worrying about RC or so. so I think it's a good move

    It’a free additional tool, the purpose of this ‘unusual’ hashtag is to help create a strong minnow/dolphin class, the 100% SP choice is just aimed to that.

    Definitely and a systematic build of Steem power will make this a calculated certainty by all standard as well. It's a well thought out initiative.
