Titanic - Digital art
L'illustrazione di oggi è il frutto di un lungo lavoro digitale.
Per arrivare all'immagine finale ho eseguito molti passaggi passando per 5 software diversi.
Questo è il risultato:
Ho iniziato il disegno con il software Lumion 3d con cui ho creato l'ambientazione del disegno, vale a dire l'oceano con le onde e un cielo nebbioso, al centro della scena ovviamente il Titanic.
Ho aperto questa immagine con Photoshop e ho subito cambiato il cielo, non mi piaceva il cielo nebbioso e ho inserito con varie maschere un cielo stellato. Ho aggiunto dei banchi di nebbia sul mare, le onde sulla prua della nave e il vapore sui fumaioli. Infine ho inserito una vignettatura scura.
Ho quindi aperto l'immagine ottenuta con Lightroom dove ho effettuato altre regolazioni dei colori facendo un viraggio tendente al verde per dare un tocco più drammatico.
Con Luminar ho abbassato leggermente i contrasti e la saturazione.
Per concludere ho simulato una tecnica pittorica con il software D.A.P. Pro5 e sono arrivato al risultato finale.
Naturalmente avrei potuto fare quasi tutto con Photoshop ma ho voluto divertirmi usando diversi software per vedere a quale risultato potevo arrivare.
Un modo come un altro di trascorrere qualche ora!

Grazie @photo-it, Lumion è un software fantastico, soprattutto per le animazioni; il mare è super reale! Vai a vedere i video demo sul sito di Lumion sono spettacolari! Per usarlo serve un pc abbastanza potente.
