Carbonara Domenicale
Oggi con i miei amici,che tra l'altro abitano nella nostra stessa residenza, abbiamo organizzato un pranzo domenicale all'Italiana, e cosa c'è di più Italiano della carbonara?
Abbiamo reperito il guanciale in un posto che vende essenzialmente prodotti tipici Italiani e come pasta abbiamo usato la Rummo che considero veramente buona. Uova fresche pecorino, parmigiano ed ecco fatto. Se devo per forza trovare una pecca sta nel fatto che abbiamo bevuto vino Francese, ma veramente delizioso anche quello.
