Disintossicazione all'ananas e frullato di cocco

¼ di ananas
350 ml di acqua di cocco
4 foglie di spinaci
preparazione
Sbuccia e taglia l'ananas a cubetti.
Aggiungere la frutta e le foglie di spinaci nel frullatore e frullare il tutto con l'acqua di cocco.
Processo fino a liscio e senza grumi.
Modalità di consumo
Mangia un bicchiere di shake a stomaco vuoto e un altro bicchiere a metà mattinata.
Prendilo per due settimane di seguito.
