[SCAM] L'exist scam di Confido

C'era una volta un token che si chiamava Confido. Nel nome c'era scritto il suo futuro... "confidence" in italiano può essere tradotto con la parola fiducia. Si trattava di un sistema di pagamenti p2p decentralizzato che garantiva transazioni per l'ecommerce.
Nato verso settembre del 2017 in ottobre decise di raccogliere fondi tramite una ICO che attrasse molti investitori per "colpa" dell'hardcap basso di solamenteo $ 300,000.

Il team non ispirava troppa fiducia, pagine di linkedin approssimate, foto dubbiose, ma l'hardcap e la grafica piuttosto curata del sito, ha indotto molto gente a FIDARSI.
Entrò nel mercato a inizio novembre e raggiunse la vetta di $ 10M di capitalizzazione pochi giorni dopo. Tutto sembrava fluire per il verso giusto fino all'annuncio di ieri:

Thanks for always standing by us. We have achieved some incredible things these last two weeks, and the crypto space is beginning to notice us. However, we owe you an apology. Right now, we are in a tight spot, as we are having legal trouble caused by a contract we signed. We signed the contract with assurance from our legal advisor that there was minimal risk and it would not be an issue. I can't and won't go into details, but he was wrong. It is a problem.
We are trying our best to fight our way through this. As it currently stands, development has been delayed until a resolution is found. We are honestly not sure how long we will be delayed by, but we’re trying our best to get this behind us as fast as possible.
It is likely that we will be able to find a solution to rectify the situation. However, we cannot assure you with 100% certainty that we will get through this.
This announcement will shock a lot of people, and that’s understandable. I, Joost van Doorn, want to personally apologise for any financial damages this announcement will cause to people. It was never our intention to hurt investors; we didn’t see this coming.

Personalmente non avevo investito nel progetto (grazie a dio), però avevo visto come molta gente nei gruppi di telegram la pompavano solo per il fatto dell'hardcap bassisismo della ICO e del pump dei primi giorni.

Segundo la vicenda però posso trarre qualche conclusione e insegnamento:

• Fare i compiti a casa studiando approfonditamente il background del team.
• Non seguite alla cieca gente random su telegram.
• Se vogliono troppi pochi soldi rispetto a progetti concorrenti, stare molto all'occhio.
• Mai fidarsi di un team che nella foto di presentazione il 50% dei componenti indossa un cappello.
