Ethereum Core Devs Meeting #45
Ieri si è tenuto l'Ethereum Core Devs Meeting #45
Questa l'agenda dell'incontro tra gli sviluppatori core della piattaforma Ethereum.
Uno dei temi riguardava il delay bomb e la riduzione delle ricompense per blocco per i minatori che attualmente è 3 ETH.
Il processo decisionale sulla piattaforma Ethereum parte dai Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP), soluzioni proposte e votate dalla community di sviluppatori.
Per questo tema le proposta della community di sviluppatori propone tre strade: diverse
EIP-858 - Delay bomb and reduce block reward to 1 ETH per block.
EIP-1234 - Delay bomb and reduce block reward to 2 ETH.
EIP-1295 - Delay bomb, keep rewards to 3 ETH, change other factors such as POW incentive structure.
La decisione è stata rimandata a settimana prossima anche se la sensazione è che si andrà verso la riduzione delle ricompense a 2 ETH (EIP-1234).

Ricordiamo che il passaggio a PoS, previsto per questa estate è stavo invece rimandato al 2020.
