Holy Land Tour 42 – Bet She’an National Park - by @teachernici
In the Lower Jordan River valley , on the West Bank, is the Bet She'an National Park.
An ancient ruin of the city where the bodies of King Saul and his sons were displayed.

Jonathan, Son of Saul, and friend of David; frequently mentioned in 1 Sam: 13-23.
His friendship for David, whom he might naturally have regarded as a rival, is one of the most unselfish incidents in Old Testament history. He was killed, along with his father, Saul, on Mount Gilboa ans his body hung out on display on the walls of this city. Jonathan's body was rescued by the men of Jabesh-Gilead.
David's lamentation over them is among the most beautiful of Bible poems.
Did you climb to the top of the hill. This was the national park that really shows the different civilizations and their advancements especially the roman influence, right?
