I'm sure very few of us are willing to work unpaid. The reason of course, "Why tired, but ndak nothing!". Did you know that there are more ill-fated than people who work without salaried? Ie the one who is tired of doing charity in the world, but he does not get reward in the hereafter.

Many things cause a person to fail to gain reward. Among the most prevalent barrier factors are showrooms. That means showing off in charity salih. His religious language is riya '.

The definition of riya ': shows worship with the intention to be seen by others to be praised by them.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihiwasallam said,

بشر هذه الأمة بالننا والرفعة

"Give good news to this Ummah with greatness, altitude, victory and robustness on earth. Whosoever of them performs ukhrawi deeds to gain the world; in the Hereafter he shall not have any part (reward) ". HR. Ahmad of Ubay bin Ka'ab radhiyallahu'anhu, and judged by al-Hakim, adz-Dzahaby, adh-Dhiya 'al-Maqdish as well as al-Albany.

Means to show charity salih in our time is more and more. Among the most pervasive is selfie. Nampang when ngaji, alms, sacrifice, umrah, prayer, hajj and others. Then upload as widely as possible in medsos. The original intention may be to motivate others. But then the devil came to deviate the good intentions. Beware!

If most people are showing off with a charity of salihnya, there are other types of exhibition practices that are quite strange. Namely;

Show off sinners

Yes, show off with sin. People who still have a sense of shame and normal faith, would feel embarrassed when caught doing immoral. But in this age, there are types of people who are proud of their sin. Examples are dating, photos together, still also uploaded in medsos.

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam remind the danger of showing off immoral,

كل أمتي معافاة, إلا المجاهرين

"All my ummah have the chance to be forgiven, except those who openly commit immorality". (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu).
