Great post! It is important to stay positive. But not only do we encourage the system, but the money that is generated and given to the new user's encourages the majorities opinions. There is no right way or wrong way, but I think we can all agree that the unbiased and well informed majority will dictate what we see and we can only hope we fit along with those views.
