This is really a shame. I saw something else like this, but it was on the surface. It's different when it is seaweed and you swim your way past it out into deeper waters where it is not gathering anymore. We obviously need to develop a type of plastic that will eventually biodegrade quickly in salt water at least. This stuff isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
