awesome post! full of very good info.. u make me want to buy more steem now!

I am already happy if i manage to let you not sell your Steem :-)

Hey @eco-alex you invited me to join the eco ttrain and I emailed you - I wonder did you recieve my message?

Is the offer still on the table - I am keen to participate?

xox

Hi! oh how strange.. im looking at the email but i cant see one from you?! You would be very welcome to join us on ecoTrain yes!

here is an invitation link to our Slack channel. Just use your Steemit username as your slack username.. Once you sign up i will add you to our private channels.

WELCOME ABOARD!
;-)

Wish I had written this but, to be honest my level of knowledge, would be a massive stumbling block to realising this wish :)

Fantastic informative post - resteemed. :( oh seems this is not possible due to it being an old post? Sorry.

Glad to virtually meet you, after you popped by mine, and look forward to reading more from you in the coming months.

I intend leaving all my earnings in the platform and have faith that Steemit and Steem will be my pension.

That said I am unsure of the best way to convert my Steem Dollars > Steem > SP. I have read several articles but remain unclear - any hints anyone please?

I wish you success and happiness for 2018 and beyond.

Oh no, i should really change my last post as everybody must have a super boring impression of me :-) Don't know if it is for the F word in your last post or for the 'lightworker' in your description but will follow you, maybe just for trying to read this most boring longest post ever :-)
Light, much love, good party times and a super duper 2018

Thank you very much for this wealth of information.
I'll read again with a notepad and pen. :)

Thanks, i notice you upgraded yourself quite nicely as well :-)

Well, my hands were tied with the power down feature that takes at least seven days to encash 1/13 th. Then I stumbled upon the delegation feature. This is great!

I also realized I could achieve quickly here in three to six months, with less cost and effort. A 'normal' blog would take two years with hard work and additional expenses.

Ha, now I see it is delegated power, cool. But you have to blog a bit more eh, 8 days ago your last one! How you are going to get your delegation cost back then? Come on, work your ass off :-)

True! But have you noticed the number of posts and followers going up?

I have seen well-written blogs get a few cents and below average pieces, with lots of spelling and grammar errors consistently getting big votes. Not worried about the initial loss of revenue.

I agree that blogging AT LEAST once a week now makes perfect sense. Later maybe every day.

Thank you very much!

oops, that came from my alter-ego account :-)

You have revealed your identity! I had no idea ;p

Haha, he is not the only one. I have spotted many from voting patterns. ;)

Interesting...I just keep doing my thing semi-pblivious like 😁

Best to focus on yourself and possibly learn from others. But I stumbled upon these when I saw voting patterns or flagged messages: there will be many accounts rewarding or punishing when only one user is happy/upset.

As this expands I believe there will continue to be more distribution - especially if there is a way to penalize anti-social behavior.

Well, I'm not sure what's in store for the future.
For now best to focus on personal goals and learn from others. ;)

Haha, no worries. Now we know. :-)

Oh, I like this one. First, because it reveals more of your quite interesting personality, second - for the information on the future of the Platform as well as Bitcoin. I was always wondering what are the best tactics to go about both so now I know. Thank you once more%)

Ok my dear @sashagenji, please don't relate this post with my personality :-)

A new steemit cheerleader is born! 😎
Looking forward to the CME Steem futures.

Ha, in the hope that would skyrocket the Steem price i guess :-)

Thanks, I read all the way through and am glad I did! What is a 'goat' on the platform? Heard of whales.dolphins/minnows but not goat? lol

Hi there, congratz on reading this :-), goat comes from an upvote bot like randowhale, booster, etc....

What a wonderful post! I admit I'm more into the blockchain technology than cryptocurrency, but this convinced me to hold on to Steem specifically.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Thanks @webgrrrl, why don't you develop for Steem, want some ideas? :-)

Ooh absolutely, hit me up with those ideas! I'm looking into contracts right now, and still trying to wrap the idea around how to innovate logistics. Blockchains are so exciting!

I know, i know, blockchains are such a thrilling experience. I am a programmer myself actually but i have 2 full-time jobs already, trying to do some extra courses after my hours but i am also a father of 2 children etc etc Oh Lord, give me more time please. There are 2 things i would love to do for Steem. One is something similar as localbitcoins.com but then for Steem. We all lose a lot of money to buy/sell Steem as we have to pass bitcoin, have to pay exchange fees, etc... It could be really simple, make a Steem account, @localsteem. We need a website where people can announce they want to sell. If somebody agrees, then seller has to transfer his Steem to @localsteem and alert @localsteem when buyer has transfered money and then money needs to be transferred to @localsteem. Another thing i would love to see is a tiny facebook app where you just announce your Steemit name and then all facebook friends could be found on Steemit (if more Steemians install it off course). In which country are you located? If you want to do some more business-oriented stuff, also possible, i am head of development of an accounting package and would love to explore how to use blockchain. Soooooo many ideas :-)

You are worth following man! thank you for sharing!

Upvoted!

@hallie25

Thanks @hallie25, will follow what you do as well.

That was a really helpful read. Thank you for including this.

Thanks @stonemaiden, this was my most boring post ever, surprised i get positive comments from artists, adventurers etc. :-).

Haha! That's hilarious. If that was so boring, I will be watching for more for sure. I guess the free thinker in me is also trying to wrap my head around the posture and potential of various crypto options without sucking my life away or going cross-eyed. Therefore I appreciate views like this.
Actually, I also liked what was said in this about trust. Very good perspective.

ooh nice good post ty !
