While it never seems so during the process, when we look back at the adversity we overcame, we realize it was that very adversity that made us become more skillful, more powerful, and more resilient.
If you had an audience, they're still there, and still want to read your posts. You are making new ways for them to find it, and by having been censored before, are going to seek ways to reach them that can't be censored.
There are ways to make new accounts on all social media platforms. Using throwaway accounts, you can reach out to folks that are interested in your material, and direct them to better ways to find it. It's a challenge, not defeat - unless you let it be defeat.
That's up to you, though. It's unreasonable for me to tell you what is right for you. If you need to cut your losses, you need to do what you need to do.
If you don't do what you need to do to achieve your aims, you let them achieve theirs.
