Dear human siblings

This is a response to Adam Kokesh' book Freedom
I am a slave of the empire. I say so because i have no other choice, being a total addict to the medicinal system with only a few days to go without it... seing it end would be a grand relief. As such I am not here of my own volition but of a reason for the future of mankind. As Adam has a heart of freedom I have one of justice, Enjoying reading and defining laws and rights, however to the same end seeing a society of fairness at least in my mind.
As such i would enjoy conversations and discussions in this forum

first a few semantic definitions.
Rights and privileges, Rights are specific privileges, that counts for all of us. they are agreements between every human being, defined as something we have amongst human beings. Rights are not given by god and we are not born with them naturally, because if we were they could not be broken.
something given can be taken away, as such rights can be taken away so they must be given. they are given by the brotherhood of man where that can be applied.
most people don't have genuine rights but only privileges and fail to understand this important difference.

The root of good and evil
Over the history of man there has been much debacle regarding what good and evil in essence is and if it even exists. Mainly in relation to man on a personal level wanting more good and less evil meanwhile also needing to relate to others both in local society and as well on a global scale. Obtaining only good in one’ own personal life while the rest of the world suffers is a full possibility. Life in fairness would be far better, outweighing what a single individual can do with his own life in comparison with what we can do as humanity in cooperation with each other.

With only focus on the self, the whole world loses out and might in fact be so destructive, in the hunt for the precious little, that we have to share with everyone else, fighting to defend it against other self-centered individuals, that the future of humanity might be at peril.
While the growth of society as a whole can under the right circumstances, make everyone rich simply due to exploration, technological advancement and corporation between man.

The balance between the two extremes of good and evil has always swayed back and forth, in the tiniest specifics ranging up to the grand scale of the universe.
Everything in the universe can be affected down to the smallest of details, everything has a presence of even smaller specifics bound in unison to a greater whole. So it is with good and evil, where everything is either a negative or a positive in the smallest but still bound together in a greater whole making the illusion of a grey in between soup, but with enough details available having good and evil clearly lined out.

Evil must necessarily be the opposite of good. On a universal scale any action happening will either have a generally good or evil effect, never both at the same time. The complexity over time of a single action can include many minor acts of both good and evil, where each act is also either good or evil but where the grand composition in its totality are more or less, good or evil, not both. It can seem as the outcome may be good for some and evil for others, but when something is good for some then who are those beings it is good for? It then comes down to whether a life or death of one being is a good or an evil thing in the totality of the whole over an extended time frame.

Tools are in themselves not neither good nor evil, nor is the act of destroying or creating.
If something is created, then something else is destroyed. That is the law of nature.
Both creation and destruction can be used for either good or evil, it all depends on the intention behind and furthermore the usage of the tool together with the outcome.

Creating a bomb spending 400 manhours including mining extraction transportation etc. Compared to creating a water clean facility costing 400 manhours. One might think that making the bomb would be evil and making the water clean facility would be good. However, that again depends on what the purpose is with the two items, for universal morality doesn't stop at just the creation process but also in the usage and end result of it.
So let us continue with the usage. If then the water clean facility was used to support 100 members of an oligarchy, making them being able to live more easy and now being able to do what it is oligarchs in nature do, robbing the rest of society. Dropping the bomb on these oligarchs instead would be better.
Both of these items is tools and making a tool of destruction like a bomb to kill ordinary folks is of cause an act of evil. Meanwhile having a tool of creation like the water clean facility, turning evil when used for, of and by evil human beings.
The intention of an individual on a universal scale as well as on a local scale is thus quite important.
The act of doing universal good might be referred to as morality.

Morality in itself is not a religious statement even if often used in religious context, because religions in their nature presume that their holy text and religious doctrine is based on absolute good, usually referred by god, meanwhile morality is of a universal philosophical context, as in being the true good no matter if by faith or otherwise. One can be moral without being religious.
Religion is a very poor choice to find common grounds and even worse if those grounds must be endorsing towards good culture of other nations where that culture may or may not differ from the standpoint of a local religion. Throughout time religious fanatics have often imposed their world view on societies.
However, exploring what is universally good can be done no matter belief, since it is the works of philosophizing, after all, human beings contain the ability to know good from evil given that we take the responsibility and time to explore it, but at the same time it seems like we never are really accurate in our assessments even though often close.

the solution, how would it work, how would rules be applied?
a good solution would acknowledge the necessity of the rights and opportunities of future generations, as such taken from many old text focusing on 7 generations ahead doesn't seem like a bad idea. this comes down to especially exploitation of natural resources and genuine pollution of the environment.
secondly a good solution presentation would be based on human nature and the flow of things.

Defined rules
rights: these needs to be clearly and concisely described in order to know where we stand when it comes to disputes and ordinary conduct.
I would especially like someone to define the rights of ownership other than of one self which would stop imidiately outside oneself. because owning a home already there it could at some point be disputed depending on situation. has the population grown the last 10 years? do you have to much land all of a sudden? what about the little new comers? what would a fair and just rule be on this issue?
laws: Laws are for those situations where rights dispute. the grey area.
sexual relationship, based on misunderstandings. (not rape those are clear assualt), the situation would probably be flirting to the extend where certain expectations are considered agreed upon.. there need to be clearly defined rules here for certain. as in how much and how little and what do one do as well as who is actually being the victim. there is already written plenty of law but it all sort of lacks the concise accuracy that could be called fair.
ownership
word of honor, when misrepresentation has a real effect, with whom and how will investigation and legal representation function?
how will justice function in this freedom community? in terms of gaining and representing evidence, to whom should it be represented and finally how will a fair judgement be carried out? in terms of making the victim whole.

certain criminal activities has a result that can't be fixed/healed or taken back. how will the freedom-community deal with this?

gangsters
certain groups know how important it is to work together to achieve higher goals. however that also includes criminals, that is people who has the intend and commit actions to rob someone else of their rights.
how will the freedom-community deal with this?

subversion from foreign empire
how would the freedom community avoid an intelligence operation and drug wars? that imposes addictive destructive drugs on a local community, that needs to be under the empire.
such as:
drug wars
color spring revolution
replacement of leadership - installing puppets

How would the freedom community deal with anti culture?
clear defined rules needs to be put in place and generally accepted if such a community is ever to survive.
a good help from neighbors to resist such empires as in friendships between city states size communities, with the leadership and function, well within the grasp of the human beings in the local area

Ideologies.
failure of capitalism, it is too self centered, please read karl marx' manifesto to get a good insight into why and how capitalism fails. matter of lack of community really.
not that communism is better, since it still promotes big centralized gov, oligarchy and in the end empire.

Children - If you Spawn a child, you must be obliged to care for it until and to the extend that it become independent. the child is part of you but also individual, funny how spawns work... it is clearly a grey area regarding rights and obligations.

just remember Together we stand divided we fall. when standing as humanity in peace.
