Great introduction about blockshipping but I don't seems to understand why they keep postponing their ICO
No doubt it's bear market, reaching hard cap for ICO's these days is a difficult task, so I guess they are postponing to raise more money
@valnd you might be right, but u think the decision is healthy for the project.
It's the team decision and I believe they do so for the best interest of the project and the whole community.
