Here I go on Steem, glad to meet everybody!

Hello everyone I have already posted a few times but never in this feed so here goes...

My name is Ben and I live in Denver, Colorado, one of the most beautiful (and overpopulated) cities in the U.S. I have always been a very physical person and got into strength and conditioning coaching out of college, and then became very interested in nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Now, I fuse all of these together in order to help people empower themselves and be the best they can be in all areas of life (at least those I can help with).

I do lots of one on one nutrition coaching and love to help people clean up their lifestyles. The lifestyles in America are generally horrible, resulting in our horrible obesity and disease epidemic...

So I'm sort of an anomaly in these parts. I love writing about nutrition and wellness related topics but I also am a "conspiracy theorist" meaning I like to read a lot about a lot of things that most people never bother with. I make no apologies...I will expose the corruption of the U.S. healthcare system, politics, world events and whatever else impacts us all! We have to know about the problems in order to create solutions. And problems there are a plenty that is for sure!

So look forward to hearing 100% candid posts from me, I hold back nothing and regret nothing. information is power. No knowledge is bad knowledge, but how you use knowledge determines if it is positive or negative.
