I am a young lady on a mission. I embarked on a journey to change my body and life - one day at a time.
I started a lifestyle change, on 2015, with a detox & metabolism resetting diet.
I have never been an athletic person, however I started jogging...slowly on a treadmill, then I took it to the streets. I am lucky to live in Islamabad Pakistan where we have a lot of fun run, park run, trail running and marathon events all year round. I eased myself in these activities by starting with 5km fun runs, I am now at a point where I do 10km fastest time yet is 1h 10 mint and decreasing! My goal is to complete a 21km (half marathon) at the end of this year.I generally enjoy activities outdoors, I love good food! I am a cooking and baking enthusiast, currently focusing more on cooking & preparing clean eating meals to complement my training. I have lost 12kg in the last 6 months, I want to be strong, lean and fit rather than just skinny.
