Introducing Mike in Revelstoke BC
Hi, I'm a photographer in Revelstoke, BC, as place known as one of the world's most sought after ski resorts, and a year-round adventure playground. I'm excited to be on Steem and look forward to getting involved in the community here.
I love landscape photography, and being surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers, there is rarely a season or day when you couldn't get a great photo. You can check out some more of my images on Instagram
In the meantime, here are a couple more images from Revy, this one is from a hike about two hours north of Revelstoke, called Fred Laing Ridge, some trip notes here
One of my favourite winter activities is snowshoeing, you can get out into the forest, climb to the top of a ridge and get amazing views, like this:
Revelstoke is on the Columbia River, and the Trans Canada Highway passes right through Revelstoke, here is a view of the highway bridge crossing the Columbia River.
