Introduction (work)
Hi Steemers,
Yesterday I posted for the first time here on Steemit - just a small introduction about myself, you may have even seen it. I got some responses, feedback and some upvotes so I was pretty happy with that. This post I'm going to write about my work and specifically today.
We have a successful family business operating in the midlands, UK - Rutland Roofing.
As the name suggests we mainly do roofing. To be fair though we do pretty much all building work and we seem to spend a lot of time doing full renovations and extensions etc. On top of this we also have are own projects in the property world so we are always extremely busy. Honestly, I feel as if there is currently a lifetime's work booked in lol.
Today I was on a roof in Leicestershire putting on pan tiles. A place called Leighton Buzzards just outside of Melton Mowbray (yes I did get some pork pie haha). Although a nice straightforward job - it was bloody freezing.
I'm going to struggle to make laying tiles sound interesting so I'll just say we got the job finished and I even had time to take some photos (below).
