My Steam train journey to Steemit
I remember watching the scenery of Bitcoin flowing by, fluctuating from $445 to $1200, battles with government legislation. Feeling very much like a passenger I watched the whole scene pass by until bitcoin is now flirting with $5000 USD. Ticketmaster is punching tickets and I eagerly see my next destination is most likely Ether. Ticketmaster punches my ticket and I stick my head out the open window to take in the fresh autumn air and lovely steam mix. It isn't steam that mixes with fresh autumn air, rather Steem. "We hope you enjoyed traveling Steemit, please journey with us again!" the conductor broadcasts. So here I am, discovered Steemit at an investors London event with very enthusiastic trailblazers and I find trailblazing magnetic.
I hope to contribute to this environment in its beta stage as I think everyone will, and expect it to move and evolve very quickly. Working through the post procedure, images, and impressed with the security level of the whole operation. Found some interesting Steemit users already, and not just locally - but on three continents! Not just a passenger anymore, I think we are all getting to take turns operating this train.
Welcome to Steemit of you! Glad to have you on Steemit. Continue doing good post.
I wish you the best! Hope you gonna have fun with our community and see you soon.
Thanks for reading! I have lots to learn. Hey, a lucky four leaf clover!
Keep trucking. Or should I say keep training. =) welcome friend.
I hope to keep on keepin on ;-)
Welcome
Thanks!
Wow, the way you introduce things, and the way you do things makes me think, that maybe you're an author of some famous book out there. Returning to the main topic -- Welcome to steemit, sir @svedenmacher. cheers!
Thanks, I think it is just the great authors I know in my life rubbing off on me a bit, but I could only wish to have a famous book out there! Thanks for the cheery welcome!
Hey @svedenmacher, welcome to Steemit. Have upvoted your post and followed you. Looking ahead to some great content from you.
Thanks, just getting used to the posting editor. Time flew by! Will have to look around Steemit more tomorrow. Cheers!
Welcome to Steemit @Svedenmacher. Hope you have some interesting things to share.
I hope people find them interesting too!! Guess I will find out through time. Thanks!
Beautiful exposition @svedenmacher! I have followed you! Hope to see many more like this and welcome!
Thank you! Hope I don't double post this reply, it happened on another reply and there is a limited window to delete the "cloned" reply (I may have to look into this, but I think erasing posts is a very limited window. Have a fantastic day!
expect it to move and evolve very quickly.
@svedenmacher Welcome to the Steemit community. The best advice I can give starting out is enjoy the posts, find your niche; and build from there.
Realize that Steemit is less than two years old; still very much in the toddler stage. So, be patient as the platform continues to grow, and gets its sea legs.
It's a good time to buy. I, too, am one of those sideline BTC non-participants who listened too long to the WS naysayers who were buying up all the shares...lol...
Prayers that STEEM will be the successful crypto it's projected to become.
Steem Now by @penguinpablo is a good starting place for getting organized.
Spend your time researching how the platform works.
Again, welcome to one of the best communities you could join.
Peace!
I expect it to evolve fast, even if the platfor m doesn't, the community will. I agree the btc naysayers were probably the ones buying it all up! Hope they got to name their tropical island hehe :-D
Thanks for great advice! I can't believe that Steemit is already 2 years old!? They grow up so fast don't they.. Just glad I joined in its infancy as it will be something to see the evolution progress.

Agreed!...
Peace.
Very interesting! You are a new member so I wanted to personally welcome you. You get an upvote and keep up the good work!
Getting those big upvotes on a new account can be a daunting task, believe me, so maybe you want to try @MinnowPowerUp where you can earn up to 30% more steem power than just directly powering up! It's a subscription based daily upvote bot that draws its power from a delegation pool. I have more info on my experience with the system in this post where I explain how I earn over $1 a day from upvotes.
Thanks, for all the information - will read up on this. The minnow power up seems an unusual setup, but at the same time I am interested to read how it works. Kindest Regards,
Marc
