Well, Steem-ua offers similar services, but they have a lot of remarkable differences. Let me explain it:
When you delegate to Steem-ua you dno't get votes based on the amount of SP you delegate. The amount you delegate is used to determinate the maximum votes per week you will receive. But note that is a maximum, not the total number of votes. If you delegate to them 250 SP you can be voted Up to 7 times per week. But they can vote you only 2, 3, or any number between 0 and 7.
They vote you with an strength based their own rate system, and the amount of vote you get is independent on the amount of SP you delegate.
Delegatin your SP to @steemraiser you will always get the same upvote, If you delegate 1,000 SP you will get votes mades with 11,000 SP, on vote per day.
Steem-ua can vote you one or two days after the publication of your post. @steemraiser will always vote your post 15 minutes after. That means taht you could get trending or hot easier.
It seem to be the same, but in fact we both works in a very different way.
You can do a test, delegating the same amount of SP to both accounts, and see the numbers and profit you get.

Thanks @steemraiser for such a detailed explanation. Its good to have upvote within 15 min however With my delegation to steem- ua i have earned 3.5 steem/sp in a week time. With your calculation at current steem rate i hardly see i am near to it.

By the way, we believe that the most smart way to invest delegating in the platform is doing that not only in one account, but doing in several services. So you can get performance of all of them. It is more risky bet all to one.
It is just an idea ;)
So nice of you @steemraiser love to have a diversify portfolio if i would have enough SP. Slowly i am managin things around. For sure the next stop is yours...unless there is no other good offer to come by
