I am Sofía, I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina ( have you came here? You should ;) ) ---VERSION EN ESPAÑOL ABAJO---

As my tattoo says " I follow the rabbit" which, for me, means I tend to do what I want everytime, I follow my wills not knowing exactly why or where they will lead to.

First, I decided to study Nutrition, so I am a nutriotinist ( registred dietitian). I put all my efforts to it so one day I got ( bored?) of dedicating to it. I been awarded internationaly for product development and clinical investigation. I have writen articles for science magazines. It started to be all the same thing every day.

So, I found myself in need for something else. I became a Food Tecnologist. Yes, I love food!!

But, then I realized I don´t want any bosses so I am an entrepeneur.

I travel the world and the recreate the experiences in Tea and Coffee Blends, choosing the flavors, aromas, colours of that particular trip to that place.

So.. What will you find on my Steemit Blog?

Well, I love food and adventure, so. I want to show you some beatifull places from here and everywhere. I will share my experiences and recommendations.
Also, recipes! And not necesarly of healthy food.

Soy Sofía, vivo en Buenos Aires, Argentina (¿has venido aquí? Deberías ;) )

Como mi tatuaje dice "I follow the rabbit", lo cual, para mí, significa que tiendo a hacer lo que quiero siempre, sigo mis ganas sin saber exactamente por qué ni a dónde llevarán.

Primero, decidí estudiar Nutrición, entonces soy Nutricionista (dietista en otros paises). Puse todo de mi en ello, así que un día me (¿aburrí?) de dedicarme a ello. Hasta recibí premios internacionales por desarrollo de productos e investigación clínica. He escrito artículos para revistas científicas. Todo comenzó a ser lo mismo todos los días.

Entonces, me encontré en necesidad de otra cosa. Me gradué de Lic en Tecnología de Alimentos. Sí, ¡me encanta la comida!

Pero despues también me di cuenta de que no quiero jefes, así que soy una emprendedora.

Viajo por el mundo y recreo las experiencias en Blends de té y café, eligiendo los sabores, aromas y colores de ese viaje en particular a ese lugar.

Entonces ... ¿Qué vas a encontrar en mi blog de Steemit?

Bueno, me encanta la comida y la aventura, entonces.. Quiero mostrarte algunos lugares hermosos de aquí y de todas partes. Compartiré mis experiencias y recomendaciones.

Además, recetas! Y no necesariamente de comida saludable.
