Michael started his energy training journey as a Collegiate baseball player
Iowa University since 2002-2006. University Michael later found success
In the first year of Powerlitting and Competition, 255 kg of raw back squats posted.
Although he does not compete in powerlifting, Michael is a strong emotion for him
Power training and leans widely on its strength and conditioning
Background. In 2011, Michael found CrossFit through several friends
Energy and conditioning community and soon became Cross Level 2
Trainers and a US Weightlifting Sports Performance Level 1 Coach. He
Training, program, and training coordination for 3 approved organizations in Brunei
Darusulam. Michael received many successes in the competition floor
Includes a trip to the 2013 Crossfit Games. When he does not
Competition, he created the competition and established Asia Championship,
Asia's largest competitive fitness event as well as south east animal,
Brunei's own local fitness event.
