Yeah I was just going to say that, it makes the content like this easier to find in the correct categories! But interesting post quite insane and disgusting someone would do that to people knowingly.
No on the contrary, it harms your blog. If you used #news #women #hiv #rights #sex this post would have gotten found by all the people interested in this topic. Using irrelevant tags will get you flagged. Also please link to where the information and picture came from.
