Hi There! 

First of all I would like to say thanks to you for stumbling upon this introductory post, I go by the alias 1059; so lets take a short moment to see how that is pronounced:

10 - "ten"

5 - "go" (5 in japanese)

9 - "kyu" (9 in japanese)

>> Putting this all together sounds like "ten-go-kyu" which is very similar to the Japanese word for heaven being  "tengoku" : てんごく (in hiragana) or 天国 (in kanji/chinese) 

I have been introduced to this blogging platform by a friend and being a total newbie at blogging I have decided to give it a go on this up and coming platform. I am currently a 24 year old London based Physics graduate who has completed his studies at King's College London (KCL); an additional huge welcome to any fellow alumni from either KCL or any other University of London (UoL) alumni!. Currently I am unemployed after a gap year working within the entertainment industry, my position there was quite unique and perhaps this does deserve a separate blog post about it. After having some time outside of the academic world, I have decided to once again step into the realm of study and specifically data science; most of my free-time had been dedicated to self-studying data science related topics such as R, Python(3.5), machine learning and data mining through online courses. It was through this that I had decided to finally make the decision to carve out a path towards this fast evolving industry. I will be primarily be documenting some of the concepts that I have managed to grasp as well as any other interesting things that I have learnt. If there are any data scientists here, do not be scared to say hi! :), I do have a lot of questions regarding advice etc.

Outside of Data Science I am an avid rhythm gamer specializing in games such as DDR, beatmania IIDX and Drummania (although this only but the tip of the iceberg of my rhythm gaming portfolio...). Here is a link to my  youtube channels:

On top of this, I am also a beginning at cardisty (youtube it, you will like it!) avid vaper who has recently gotten into the building game with making my own dual coil setups and slowly getting into mechanical mods, so maybe this is an interesting topic that I can also blog about? 

Anyway, I hope that people are looking forward to my posts and I hope to also gain the support from the community as I climb the ladder towards being a high level data scientist!
