RE: WE ARE: Holistic Health Coaches | Raw Vegan Foodies | Conscious Explorers | Pranic Healers

Thank you for such a wonderful welcome! 🙏🏻😊 I have been part of Steemit before but after a long break while building our online business I am now back in full force together with Johann.
The #naturalmedicine platform is such an inspiring community, I can’t wait to be part of it again as well as @lenasveganliving weekly challenges - how I have missed them. 😄

No fan of durian? I know it’s a weirdo in the fruit world but always worth to give it a few tries before you give up on it. Every one of them tastes so different, maybe you just haven’t found your variety yet or just got unlucky. 😋

We will soon find out if Australia is still amused by Johann, our flight to Melbourne goes this evening - a new chapter in our travel life. 🙌🏻 Your father surely has German roots, hasn’t he? Those names remind me a lot of our home country. 😁

Have a powerful day!!

He was born in Munich. My Nanas name was Walburga!! Ooh, where in Australia are you travelling?

That sounds so sweet and also super German 😁 We are starting in Melbourne due to a retreat we are attending, then up to Queensland for warmer weather where we will then stay for longer.

Oh what is the retreat? Wherabouts? We live an hour away!

What a coincidence! Well, there is never such thing as coincidences 😄

It is an Arhatic Yoga retreat, combining different forms of yoga into practices for spiritual and personal growth. We are very excited for this!! 😁

The retreat is only for Arhatic Yoga practitioners since you need some experience to be able to take part. I will soon share some more insights about Arhatic Yoga in future posts since it is really a fascinating concept. ✨

I would LOVE to hear about it. I am a yogi too 💕

Googled it! It is in CBD right? Recommend a trip to Brunswick, lots of vegan places on Brunswick street. Also a Hare Krishna (gopals) for cheap eats in city near you. 96 tram will take you to St Kilda beach. Are you touring around? Nice warm weather next week.. freezing now!

Sounds great! Some friends also recommended a raw food place I am quite excited about - Shokuiku. We actually might not have much time to check it out though. 😁

I'd love to go to St Kilda with Johann, he hasn't been to Australia before so I have a long list of to-dos for us. But we are not traveling as much here, rather looking for a place to stay longer and settle for a while. 😉

The weather is certainly hard on us, coming from Nepal with over 30 degrees. It was even warmer than this trekking up in the Himalayas. 😂 After Melbourne we are going up the coast to get a cozy place, so will soon be able to wear shorts and slippers again. 🙌
