Hey Steemit! sharing my fitness journey on achieving my goals here with you guys :-)

Hello!
My name is Pontus, i'm 23 years old and i live in Sweden just outside Gothenburg.
I'm sharing my journey on how i'm trying to achieve my physical goals which include a better physique overall but also getting stronger, so this blog will be mostly about bodybuilding but also abit about pushing myself and setting new personal records in different lifts.
I do this in a motivational purposes for you guys but also for myself :)

And this one is taken about 1,5 year ago, i had been lifting weights for a while but not that seriously and i were determined to make a change :)

I'll be posting content from the Gym, workouts and maybe some nutrition and we see where this goes.
