Perkenalan diri
Kegiatan saya sehari hari kerja dan latihan.
Paginya Saya latihan jam 6:30,adapun paginya Saya latihan lari 10 kilometer Sampai 15 kilometer,Dan siap latihan jam 8:30.Pulang latihan Saya mandi dan Sarapan Pagi,Jam 9:30 Saya kerja di kilang padi punya Keluarga Saya.saya punya kontrak beras Sembako sama brilink PKH,(Program Keluarga Harapan).setiap bulan
Pulang kerja jam 16:30,saya sholat Ashar,Sesudah itu Saya latihan lagi,Adapun bentuk latihannya yaitu latihan Naik Turun tangga,Mamfaatnya untuk langkah besar dan otot kaki.
