Hello! Videomaker and Chef, fairly new here
So I wrote like a 2 or 3 sentence introduction a few weeks ago when I first joined Steemit. I thought I would do a more proper introduction. My name is Matt, I live in sunny Arizona. I moved here from San Jose, CA. I am a self-employed video producer, but work mainly as a contractor for another company, as well as doing videos for a few of my own clients. I am also into cryptocurrency investing. I got into it late December....haha, and definitely road the FOMO wave and invested quite a bit when coins were nearing their ATH. haha live and learn I guess.
I have a passion for video production as well as cooking. I started a cooking show on YouTube back in late November of 2013. I wasn't always consistent, but have managed to post over 170 videos on my channel. If you love cooking and want to learn how to cook some pretty awesome recipes you should swing on by. I have already posted a few of them here on Steemit.

Feel free to ask questions, or if you have requests for dishes, let me know. I also have a few product review videos, for kitchen products that I own that I particularly like.
What is so great about cooking? It relaxes me, it is my happy place. Plus it is awesome to see the smile on people's faces when they take a bite out of something tasty that I gave them.
One neat accomplishment I just had, is I published a book on dating. Entitled "101 Creative Dates: Ideas, tips, and personal experiences from the life of a hopeless romantic." Something I had been working on for several years. It is on Amazon, if you want to take a look further. I am so happy to have that done, and now I can focus on my next book, which will be a cookbook. :)
Oh one more thing, I am a pretty good upvoter. lol

Well thank you very much! :) I mostly do treats haha, but will do main dishes on my cooking channel as well. Bacon, wrapped steak, with grilled pineapple, and asparagus...mmm nothing like it. For desert cheesecake, or homemade peanut butter cups, or a slice of chocolate cake. haha I can talk for hours about food. By the way I lived in the Philippines for a couple of years. Kamusta? My Tagalog is super rusty though. The food, especially the fruit is amazing there!
