No. He spent a lot. And it’s more than likely that this isn’t his only account. He probably won’t profit from this post either when the larger accounts come through and flag it.

Potentially. There are accounts that you can buy votes from. There’s a good chance you’ll lose money through buying votes though. If you’re only buying votes for profit then it’s a very risky game. And if you’re buying votes for poor quality content then you’re inviting people to flag your post.
