That is an interesting requirement that removes a lot of people from being able to use it.
Although I know a shit poster that is at 67 rep who just did 5 posts a day with less than 50 value each so it never got to trending
He will likely get into the blacklist very soon! :)
The min reputation may also be increased over time based on users behaviours.
