Konnichiwa minna-san!

My name's Joshua Flores and I'm a 19 year old Filipino Artist. I lived here in the Philippines, I'm a cat lover. Nyaaahhhh~~
Say "Hi" to my cat named "MingMing"! ;)

I'm now studying at the University of Mindanao as a Multimedia Art student, also I am a scholar here in the University as a student assistant.

My specialty are the traditional arts, well basically portraits either colored or just black&white ones. And most of my art works are for commission purposes from my Aunties/Uncles or a from a friend of a friend of mine.

But before that, when I was a kid, I do loved to draw comics. And I already fell in love in Japan, like something's pushing me towards them. Starting from my Elementary life, in Grade 1. I'm really happy when I create my comics. After years and years, I found now an online contest in Japan wherein the contest was to create a Silent Manga by the Silent Manga Audition Contest (SMAC).

This is the cover of my entry. And by the way, my pen name's Aizen Kishimoto. :)

But sadly my entry didn't even made it to the Runner Up award. Well, that's life though. This is just the beginning of it, and things are just starting to get warmed-up. :)

As an Artist, we do all have our inspirations. Well mine? He's the famous Mangaka, the one who made Naruto. Mr. Masashi Kishimoto-Sensei.
He inspired me to push hard to create my own Manga's! Also from the creators of Bakuman. Tsugumi Ohba-Sensei and Takeshi Obata-Sensei. They all inspired me, they showed me that the life of a Manga Artist isn't as easy as it does. But, they also showed me the important lesson of all. To "NOT TO QUIT ON YOUR DREAMS".

Right now, I'm compiling stories for my future works. Planning to create my own universe in Manga ;) So Ganbatte to me! ;) :D
