Hi Steemians, Steemites & Steemish people.
This is my introduction to the platform (although i have posted and commented a couple of times)
I signed up a little more than a week ago but was not sure how to go about introducing myself so I did not. I just thought to observe awhile and take it on from there.
I WAS WRONG.
Anyway this is me:
I am a Pharmacist by first degree, a database certified associate (incase you were wondering what they both have in common- nothing) I love evaluating and analyzing numbers and put in for the training and passed the exams.
I have a bias for business development (Marketing & Sales) and learnt a few things down the road (like there's nothing that cannot be improved upon but care must be taken so that in making it better you do not end up making it worse or killing it all together).
I love personal development and always encourage it's consideration over the pay a prospective job offers, sometimes it is better to take less temporarily to acquire the skills and exposure that would make others offer you more in the long term. Besides what you take with you when you leave a job and move on are the values you have added to yourself while there not the money earned.
I also like travel and visit places, meet people and experience the diversity and periodic culture shock new places offer. Its a good thing my job is not a desk job. I am quite sure i would be bored stiff.
I believe relationships are the most important and should be valued, respected and protected but most be mutual. I wont let you walk all over me just because you can.
Money cannot solve all things (money cannot mend a broken heart nor give you a shoulder to cry on) but it can pay for nice things that may make you happy temporarily.
I enjoy reading good stuff and seeing great movies. I have seen some great write ups here already.
I think myself to be somewhat hands on and adventurous.
So I would write some about development, money, financial intelligence, virtual currencies, trading and of course life and the things that make me tick, happy and sad.
I look forward to adding value as well receiving value from this community.
Glad to be here,
