ENERGÉTICO: Debido a su alto contenido en hierro, aumenta los niveles de energía corporal, previene la fatiga y el decaimiento y reduce los riesgos de padecer enemia.
ANTI INFLAMATORIO: Posee ácido salicílico, sustancia anti inflamatoria y anti coagulante a partir de la que se sintetiza la aspirina en la industria farmacéutica. evita la obstrucción de las arterias y la formación de coágulos.
ADELGAZANTE: Por su gran cantidad de agua ( casi el 90%) y fibra es ideal para las dietas adelgazantes.
