You dont want to go over 20% steempower in upvotes a day. You want to keep 80% or more steempower at all times.
Thank you for replying, sorry for getting back so late.. So, how do you know how many upvotes your 20% is? And what do you do (if anything) with the rest 20%?
I feel that upvoting is a kind of appreciation, and I want to upvote every reply, but after a few times, the system will not allow me to.
