Semua manusia mempunyai batas kesabaran, ketika dicabik cabik dengan sorotan kata, seorg sahabat apakah kita diam,,? kecuali kita tak punya hati.. Dan bagaimana perasaan kita sebagai manusia berbudi tetapi kita selalu menggaungkan masalah kerja org lain, atau mencari kesalahan orang lain,, Entah mengapa, ada dari kita yang selalu punya kecenderungan untuk menjadi sosok yang gemar sekali mencari-cari kesalahan orang lain. Lihat saja betapa mudahnya seseorang menuntut dan mengkritik orang lain. Sebenarnya boleh-boleh saja mengkritik teman atau siapa pun, tapi dalam menyampaikan kritik, saran atau sebuah koreksi, sebaiknya kita tetap menghormati orang yang kita kritik. Karena itu dalam menyampaikan informasi yang sifatnya sebuah koreksi, sebaiknya kita menyampaikannya dengan cara yang baik, ramah dan lembut.
