Hello Steemit World!
My name is Jelinda, I am an IT teacher and loving it. I am new to Steemit and is excited to be an active member of this group. I am a mother of two boys, travelling is one of my passion though I have not traveled that much because of work and family! haha! But nevertheless I know I can be on places I long to be in someday, I guess (fingers crossed) :) My work as a teacher is not as exciting as travelling but I am happy to know that I can impart new knowledge to my students even to my fellow teachers. I handle multi-media subjects, basic programming and other IT stuff. This has not been my first choice of job but now that I'm into it, I am embracing it looking at the positive side of being a teacher. I was an HR practitioner before switching to academe. I guess that's it for now, will soon expedite the life of being a teacher and pros and cons (i guess?) of being on that profession. Ooo! Nice! Unfortunately have never been there, but have worked with some Filipinos before. They once brought me this... street snack? It's a Fish stuffed with all sorts of meats (eg. minced meat), not too sure what it's called. It was DELICIOUS.
