It's astounding how much work goes into taking care of someone's body. I admire the effort and commitment that you've put behind this.

I've personally always believed the body isn't ours but only a vehicle we use to go through our lives, therefore I live by the concept of wanting to return my body in the best shape possible. I admit however, it's a very philosophical point of view.
