Hola a todos mi nombre es Héctor Javier Rodríguez Valente, soy ingeniero en seguridad y automatización industrial.

Actualmente me encuentro desempleado 😅 calma esto es por qué hace poco menos de dos mese termine mi carrera y ahora ando buscando empleo.

Mi pasatiempo favorito es hacer ejercicio claro esto en un gimnasio de pesas y aparatos para el desarrollo físico.

Mis post tratarán sobre el desarrollo muscular, así como las cosas que se hacer y compartir el conocimiento con ustedes, espero me sigan amigos muchas gracias.
