Ive been wanting to try drums but after learning the basics, I havent had the chance to continue with it :( great to see someone who's a pro of it :)

I always like to remind people we are all drummers if we have a heart beat! The important thing to remember is that all rhythm is perfect, in the sense that it as long as you are in resonance with your heartbeat, you are in resonance with truth! I encourage you to keep at it, and try playing along with some of your favorite records and imitating what you hear, this is a great way to get in the groove. Developing some fundamental grooves you can play along with Miles Davis records, Led Zeppelin, James Brown, and Michael Jackson. This gives you a great palette of solid and simple rhythms to work with. :)
