My Cryptocurrency Story

Around 3-4 years ago, late 2014-early 2015, I heard about bitcoin from a friend. He helped me get my wallet set up and sent me a little bit of BTC to make sure the wallet worked. After testing it out, I invested about $10 or so into bitcoin with my own money. At first, I used my BTC to cloud mine, using Hashnest. I would withdraw about every week or so and after a while, I made a profit. I stopped using Hashnest after making a profit, because I didn't know if I wanted to trust them anymore, as they locked my account and I had to contact their customer service in order to withdraw. Recently, I have branched out from bitcoin because I had so much of it, and I bought other cryptocurrencies with half my bitcoin, such as BCH, ETH, and LTC. Currently, the half of my bitcoin that I turned into other cryptocurrencies is worth more than the half that is still bitcoin, meaning I made a profit by buying other coins with Bitcoin. I learned about Steemit from a friend, and he taught me how to use steemit and how Steem, Steem Dollars, and Steam Power work. I am thankful for my friends who have helped me learn about cryptocurrencies and the steemit platform.

My Interests

I am interested in Cryptocurrencies, Gaming, Anime, Photography (of nature), the steemit platform, and many other things. I look forward to learning more about the steemit platform, and other platforms using steem, such as Dtube.
