First of all I will like to thank @patrickleekahooi and @danielwong for introducing me to the Steemit Community. And, after a week plus of my Steemit account activation, finally I decided to sit down and write my first introductory post!

WHO AM I?

I'm Denion, a chinese guy from Sibu, Sarawak but I've been in KL since 2007 (for further studies and now working, having my own family here).

WHAT DO I DO?

Back in 2011, I started my engineering profession specifically in automation control system and in 2014 I started my own company with a partner providing engineering solutions too. Long story short, in 2015, I made a big leap into the finance and insurance industry line.

Currently I'm attached to Great Eastern Life (Insurance Advisor) & Rockwills Malaysia (as an Estate Planner a.k.a Wealth Distribution Planning through Will & Trust). After being in this industry for almost 3 years, I find it interesting that people around me always know the "pro" sides in insurance plans but know very less on the "con" sides. It makes me wonder why people have the saying "Insurance is a scam!". It is not about the products which are the scams but it's mostly because of agents that always promote their stuffs to be good.

It is very common that consumers doubt agents most of the time because of the bad experiences and stories that they heard from. So, yea this is what I'm gonna do, exposing the real facts on insurance (reason why I call myself Insurance "Scam"buster) to educate consumer to be smarter so they can actually make their own decision in planning their personal financial risk.

SHOOT ME WITH QUESTIONS!

Life is always a learning journey. I might not know all things but what you can do to make me better is SHOOT ME WITH QUESTIONS that you have specifically in finance, insurance and wealth distribution. The more you ask, the more you and I can learn.

Hope that through Steemit, I can share what I know from my industry, get to know more people from this community and benefit from each other.
