My Introduction: Single Mom Now A Stemian

Hello Steemit world! Hello Stemians! Yes I am now officially one of you guys. After six (6) days of waiting for the approval of my Steemit account, finally a mail was received that I now have an exclusive control over my account. Got the link to login to get started.
I am Daleth, 37years old and a single mom of an eight year old beautiful girl. Yes, I am a single mom, a hands-on mom ever since my daughter was born, trying to make life easy for her even without the father’s support. I am able to manage things in order and addressed everything in its place. Being a single mom isn’t that easy for anyone, but I never regretted being one even a single time. I am so happy and proud to have a beautiful girl in my life, she’s the reason why I’m able to survive even in the hardest and darkest times.

I am the eldest among five siblings. I took-up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in college. I had worked in some companies before but after some years I decided to quit and looked for a job that I can manage my own time, which allows me to do what I want and anytime I needed to, and gives me freedom to travel anywhere without worrying that I have files of work waiting. That decision had disappoints my family, everyone’s reaction seems like I’ve made the worst decision in my life. People believed that working in a company is one of the person’s professional achievement, an opportunity that may knocks once in life. But my decision was final and started a small business. Had tried from agrivet supplies, hog raising, buy & sell and online selling. I know until now I haven’t proved my self yet. That is why I still keep trying things that will open an opportunity for people like me. Until I came across with Steemit.
Honestly, deep inside of me I was hesitant to start, not knowing what to do and how this will work, or worst just a waste of time. I don’t know if I will consider Steemit as an online job or just a place where we could hang out and enjoy the passion as an unpro writers. I had waited until I have time to sit down and study what Steemit is all about and what people said about this. I do now understand and feeling positive I know eventually I gonna make it. So thankful to sir Mark @monwalker for leading the group of newbies and interested individuals. Thank you also for the encouragement and somehow an online tutorial made of the following people: sir John Winston @iwrite, @purpledaisy57, @antonette (sorry if I forgot some names, I actually don’t know them personally). I am not a professional writer and neither be one someday. But reading and writing are among of my favorite thing to do on free time. I may not have the best post or write-up, but I gonna do the very best to write something beneficial to the readers or something they could enjoy reading. I know I won’t succeed here alone, but with prayers and with help of Stemians, working hand in hand, I do hope that with Steemit, some dreams will become a reality someday.
