喜欢做菜的粗人来报到!

大家好,我是一名来自广东惠州市的客家人。我们家有个传统是男人下厨,我爸爸、大叔二叔家都是男人担当烧菜重任。可能是受家庭氛围影响,我从高中开始就学会做菜,到现在成家了也算是继承家里的优良传统,基本每天都会亲自下厨。我的厨艺比起我大叔差太多,但也有几道拿手菜,比如我们当地有名的豆鼓鹅、蒜香五花肉、红烧猪手。我很享受做菜的过程,每当看着老婆孩子开心的品尝心里都会很甜蜜。

很开心加入steemit,以后有空会做一点教程发上来,但是应该不是每次写文章都是关于炒菜做饭,也可能是我擅长的一些有意思的东西,觉得可以在这里分享。每个人都可以是生活的一名厨子,我有些朋友,不太擅长做菜,却在生活其它方面很拿手,他们也是一名厨子,把生活炒的越来越出色。
