I'm cool enough... I think
I arrived on Steemit like Stitch arrived to earth, so there is no better GIF to describe myself atm.
I was thinking for a while how to make a short but engaging post for the #introducemyself tag, but I seriously couldn't think of a nice way to do this so I'm just going to spill it as it comes.
I am 27-years old living in Venezuela (although won't stay here for too long) and I recently got a Social Psychology degree (still kind of figuring out what to do with it).
I came here because there are many things and ideas about Social Psychology I would like to write somewhere, I just don't know where and Wordpress honestly doesn't seem that cool anymore so I'm trying Steemit.
Basically, my career explores human behaviour in public contexts, politics, how do we act when surrounded by other people and the way we express ourself oraly or in writing. I find it fascinating, so that's the main subject of my profile.
To make it a bit more personal, I am a huge fan of sea creatures (I have 24 tattoos so far and they are all about this topic), I really like to play videogames but this adulting thing doesn't let me play that often anymore.
I also spend a lot of time reading and surfing through Netflix's catalogue. I have a cat :D his name is Mulder (like The X-Files guy, yes).
Finally, the worst part of me (according to some Internet users, I really don't mind about these things):
- I like pineapple pizza
- Jar Jar Binks it's actually really cool (#GungansFTW)
- I do not like The Beatles (I am a bit sorry about this one, though)

I LOVE social psychology, it was in my top 3 favorite courses I took as an undergrad in psychology. It is strange though, because once you know certain things revealed in the research, you are always dying to jump in to conversations with it, but its not a great way to make friends! People tend to say "No, no, thats not ME!" Haha. Welcome to steemit
I totally understand it. Now every time I see the news I have a different perspective on how things are developing in the world and, well... not many people like to see beyond the fence. But I truly love it :) so I'm hanging in there!
