Congrats on taking the step out of the rat race and finding your own path, I think its a brave move but one that is worthwhile. I also quit my job 4 years ago and have been doing my own thing ever since and haven't looked back

Yip you won over a new follower in me :) You should get into discord and start engaging with the various communities like for your food posts you can use tasteem and for travel you can use travel feed, each community supports different kinds of content and you can earn steem and steem engine tokens for all your posts, comments and curating in content niches you are interested in
