So this is my introduction to Steemit and also my first day here. BUT this post is about me! ^_^

I'm 35-year old guy from South Africa, born and raised and living in Cape Town. I love tech, gaming, data and believe it or not... the outdoors! More about my outdoor shenanigans later.

I've been involved in a quite a few interesting fields over the years, started out in Networking, stumbled my way into photography and then found the wonderful world of Digital Marketing. Lately my focus has been going away from the operational side of the work and more into the data side. My title officially is Business Intelligence Analyst, so most of my time is spent having fun in BigQuery and databases or playing with Machine Learning and AI a bit.

Really interested to dive into the community here and not only learn but share.
