Well, thank you for your comment first :D. As I wrote I'm just a beginner and I'm only really into pull-ups and dipps, which I can both do with extra weight. I'm also working on the muscle-up and I will upload one if I'm able to do it properly :D.

We all start as beginners :)

Was just about thinking myself too of maybe shooting some muscle-up cranking; haven't done them for a while tho...
