I'am sorry to hear about your loss. HIV and AIDS are just terrible. I still remember waiting for my first HIV test results... It my be little consolation for you but from what I learned in the past years HIV is a disease that you can manage a decent life with in 2016. Also relationships between people that are HIV positive and people that aren't are completely feasable without any additional risk if you are playing it safe. I don't think society is yet seeing this though. I hope in the future we manage to get rid of the virus and the disease altogether...
