I like the idea. A review from an impartial person to make sure the flag/downvote was fair. I have seen posts that not visible because "not popular" or some such error message. So who made that decision. For those of us who are new and are trying to get our footing this would be frustrating. Also if the person's spams and the post get downvoted, does anyone the writer what they did wrong? Blind punishment or helpful correction, which is better for the Steemit family?
