Steel frame home detailer, Ask me anything about homes
Hello steemit community,
I'm a steel frame home detailer from the land down under. Although I work mainly with steel frame homes, my main interest are homes build to minimise utility costs, low maintenance and provide a unique lifestyle.
These designs are becoming more important, especially where I live, due to increasing utility cost, changing climate with unreliable water supply, and of course the ever increasing state who like to get their fingers into your pockets.

Ask me anything about homes, from simple repair jobs to basic house designs. I have many years experience as a drafter, handy man and frame and truss installer (a lesser carpenter).
